“Leaning” (a poem)

L aying my cheek upon His breast I exhaled softly and

E ntered His rest.

A nxious and noxious thoughts that choked me

N o longer held power; no longer provoked me.

I  mpressions were formed deep down inside me;

N uances of love to support and to guide me.
