A Place of Refuge

Scripture references;

” 9And the Lord said to Moses,    10Say to the Israelites, When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,    11Then you shall select cities to be cities of refuge for you, that the slayer who kills any person unintentionally and unawares may flee there.    12And the cities shall be to you for refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer may not die until he has had a fair trial before the congregation.” Numbers 35:9-12 Amplified Bible

” 1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” Psalm 91:1-2 KJV

Life can be so complicated, but the Lord really does care about all who are affected by tragedy. He provides shelter for all.

    God bless youTheresa,

    You have said much of what I feel. Thank you for eloquently sharing. More and more I am believing that God lines up people and places and circumstances so we can be helped along our Christian walk. There is no way we could ever go alone.

    Thanks for being a part of the online support circle He has created for me.
